Not just an activity provider, but a nice hospitality! The day that we booked had bad weather, got notified one day before for reschedule. When we reached, we were greeted with friendly smiles, muffin and tea/coffee. On the boat, the crew were nice and helpful to ensure we are not sea sick and able to see the animals up close. We saw all big 5 marine animals. When we were back on land, we were given bread and soup.

What an incredible experience! We were so fortunate to see numerous wonderful sightings of not only the Southern Right Whales but also Humpback Whales on our return—they put on an amazing show! The wildlife extended beyond whales, too: we spotted African Penguins, seals, beautiful seabirds, and even some sharks near a diving operation. The entire staff were also fabulous, with the guides being super knowledgeable and friendly from the moment we arrived at the facility. All in all, an amazing experience!

We had a great trip with Marine Dynamics. The crew was friendly and took really good care of everyone on board, as well as before and after the boat tour. Our guide Laetitia and her colleagues, shared lots of interesting information and made the trip feel special. We loved how respectfully the team treated the animals and how passionate they are about conservation. An unforgettable experience that we’d happily do again!

We had a great tour with fantastic whale sightings. We also saw some of the unfortunately endangered African penguins and seals, and made a short stop at Cache Diving, where we saw sharks. In addition to this extraordinary natural spectacle, I was also impressed by the professionalism of the entire team. Friendly, engaging, helpful and always able to bring guests closer to the ocean with their detailed knowledge. In addition, they communicated departure times and other details excellently. The fact that there was a small snack before and after is not really worth mentioning, but it completes the picture. Absolutely recommendable.

Welcoming and professional outfit. Despite not having sea legs they did their best to make the trip good for all. Saw plenty of whales, seals and African penguins. Plus a couple of sharks. Soup ashore after the trip was a nice and welcome touch 👏. Be prepared though the swell and wind can make it a tough trip if you are a very sensitive at sea.

Perfect day hanging politely with mama and baby whale, watching the seals of all ages swirl about in the water or rest on the rocks, marveling at the endangered and protected penguins in the distance, and hoping the sharks were happy with their food 🥰wow🙏🏼 …

We accidentally found Marine Dynamics through a tourism site, and we are so glad we did. What an incredible day. We saw all 5 of the Big 5 plus pelagic seabirds and a sting ray! The staff & volunteers were great, making sure we all saw the wildlife. And when we told them we were interested in seabirds, they made sure to point them out to us too. Would give them 10 stars if I could!!! Amazing day. We got the return bus trip from Hermanus as we weren’t sure in parking.

We had a beautiful day, it was sunny and relatively calm. We had several sightings of whales quite close by which was magical. The staff were all very friendly, professional and well trained. We were provided with hot homemade soup and drinks on our return which was perfect. We took the opportunity to buy a couple of penguin houses to support their conservation work. Would highly recommend.

We did a marine big 5 tour in january and did not have any expectations, as it was no whale season. But we did see everything: whales, dolphines, seals, sharks,… Crew was very helpful and with a lot of knowledge about the see and the animals. Can only recommend!
